What information do we collect?
Most of the information we process is provided to us directly by you when you sign up and interact with us as a member of our subscription members service. Examples of the data we collect are:

- The organisation you work for and your role
- Any comments, questions or feedback you may leave
- Other contact details such as address and telephone number (if provided)
- How you use our emails – for example, whether they are opened and whether the links are clicked on
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address and browser usage
- Information on you how interact with the website, using cookies
We use Google Analytics software to collect information about how you use the go-group.co.uk website. Google Analytics processes information about:
- How you arrived at the site (e.g. which search engine)
- The pages you visit
- What you click on

We do not store your personal information through Google Analytics.

When you sign up for the Members subscription service, you will be asked to enter your name, organisation, role and email address as a minimum requirement. We handle and store your information securely and do not share it with anyone without your express consent.

By subscribing to our Members subscription service, you are giving your consent to process data laid out in law. We have your consent when you sign up for as a member. You can remove your consent at any time by contacting us as above.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We keep your information for up to 7 years after you cease to subscribe from the service. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your information from the membership database and our email marketing database.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
